This is a 1200 sq ft mother-in-law suite addition we custom-designed and constructed on a property in Earlysville VA 22936.
We started by excavating the basement from the ground up and updating the drain field. The suite includes three full bathrooms, a bedroom, and a living room, with an office and a sewing room in a fully finished basement—all conventional framed, including the roof. We also installed a concrete patio with a deck above (with an under-deck drain system). The addition includes lvp flooring and has board and batten siding with all PVC trim painted with primer and two finish coats of acrylic enamel and flashing.
